近年のミリ波帯無線技術の目覚ましい発展は車載 レーダの実用化及び普及をもたらし,車載レーダの需 要は現在も増加傾向にある.またミリ波帯無線技術を 用いた路車間通信,車車間通信といった高度交通情報 システムの実用化を目指した開発が進められており, ミリ波帯無線装置の更なる高性能化及び低コスト化に 向けた研究が活発に行われている [1], [2]. 無線装置における高周波電気信号の発生源となる発 振器の諸特性は,無線装置全体の性能に影響を及ぼす. これまで発振器は出力周波数,位相雑音,変調範囲と いった特性が重視されてきた.位相雑音は通信システ ムやレーダシステムのエラーレートに影響を及ぼすた め,より低位相雑音の発振器が求められている.また 無線装置の構成は信号源である発振器の出力周波数に 大きく左右される.発振器の出力周波数が低い場合に は,無線装置は逓倍器を必要とし複雑な構成となるた め,より高い周波数での直接発振が望ましい.しかし 発振器の出力周波数が高いほど位相雑音は増加し,ま た能動素子の電力利得の減少及び回路の損失の増加に
